What can I expect from the event?
Masti Zone is a vibrant arcade and entertainment hub across multiple cities in India, offering thrilling experiences for ages 3 and up. With a dynamic mix of video games, bowling alleys, VR adventures, bumper cars, archery, shooting and trampoline among others, it promises non-stop excitement for everyone. The colorful, high-energy environment is perfect for families, friends, and birthday parties.
Is there an age requirement?
Masti Zone is suitable for ages 3 and above. Please note that height/age requirement may apply to specific rides e.g. Drop Tower, VR etc. Please contact our staff onsite for assistance with specific rides.
Children below the age of 10 years must always be accompanied by an adult (18 years and above). Strollers/prams are allowed inside the venue but will need to parked at the designated parking area.
Where is the experience located?
Masti Zone operates in multiple venues pan-India. Please check your ticket for your selected venue. A full list of venues is available at the Masti Zone website.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors.
How do I use the Masti Zone Game Card?
If you have purchased a Masti Zone game card, you will be given a physical game card at the venue which will be preloaded with credits mentioned in your ticket. You will be able to use the physical card to access various attractions as long as you have credits in your card. For each attraction you visit, credits will be deducted from the card.
How long is my Masti Zone Game Card valid for?
You must redeem the Masti Zone game within two months of purchase.
How long does each game last?
Duration varies from game to game. For you to have an estimate, each game typically lasts for 5-10 minutes however the exact duration depends on the game type.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at the venue. There are vegetarian options available onsite.
Is there parking available?
There may be paid parking available at your selected outlet. Please check the respective venue website on the parking availability and parking charges.
Is there Virtual Reality?
This experience has the option to enjoy virtual reality for guests over 5 years old. VR games (for example bike VR, cricket Vr, skywalk VR etc.) are accessible via your recharge card. Each outlet may have different VR games, please check the respective outlet page for the types of VR rides available at the outlet.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
We will have a box office on site. However, tickets may be sold out by the time you arrive at the event, so we highly recommend you book your tickets in advance in order to guarantee your spot. You can purchase tickets in the Live Your City App or on the Live Your City website.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes you can transfer your tickets to another person using the ‘Transfer’ button linked in tickets received via email. Please contact us if you need additional help. Please make sure to include your ticket order number in the query.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Live Your City app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.
You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email or whatsapp depending on the login method you used.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Live Your CIty app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Masti Zone game cards and combo tickets must be redeemed within two months of purchase. No extensions to the validity period are allowed. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For any queries, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.
Can I make a group booking?
If you would like to book for a large group, please reach out to us here with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
About access to the event
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
For Masti Zone, your tickets are open and can be redeemed anytime within 2 months of purchase. Once you present your ticket at our counter, you will be given a recharge card with the value indicated on your ticket. You can use the recharge card for as long as it holds value.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at the venue.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is accessible for wheelchair users.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
Any kind of dangerous items e.g. weapons, knife and match boxes are prohibited at the venue.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for the visually and/or hearing impaired. We are doing our best to make all of our experiences inclusive and recommend that you take a look at other experiences in your city.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is primarily a walk-through experience, but if you need a little rest, you will be able to find some seats for you to have a break.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue has restrooms - please ask our staff on site for indications.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
Is there a Lost & Found?
We would recommend to ask the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please reach out to us here.
Is coat check available?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Will there be an audio guide?
Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
Will there be strobe lights?
The venue does not have strobe lights.
